Doing Business with the Hudson River Park Trust
- Propose/Bid Directly on our Projects: We regularly post our solicitation opportunities on our website and in the New York State Contract Reporter, as well as in other industry publications. The solicitation advertisement details the scope of the work or services required. If you can perform the majority of this work or provide the requested services, please consider responding to the solicitation.
- Ask to be included in our Solicitation Lists: For smaller purchases, the Trust solicits bids directly from qualified vendors. If you are a certified vendor on ESD’s list of certified MWBEs, make sure we know about you and the products/services your firm offers. Contact Jennifer Sosa and Sean Singh at the address below if you think your firm and the types of work we do would be a good match.
- Team with a Prime Contractor for Subcontracting Opportunities on our Projects: We regularly post our solicitation opportunities on our website and in the New York State Contract Reporter, as well as in other industry publications. The solicitation advertisement details the scope of the work or services required as well as the dates for pre-proposal and pre-bid meetings. If you identify a potential subcontracting opportunity, you should attend those meetings to introduce your company to the prime contractors bidding on the work. Most solicitations will have an MWBE goal and prime contractors will welcome your bid on the subcontracted portion of the work.
